Keyboard avoiding in SwiftUI

In course of application development, sooner or later, cases appear when the keyboard make it difficult for the user to interact with UI or blocks it altogether. To solve this problem, we had to completely rethink the classic keyboard avoidance mechanism. The project stack allowed us to experiment a little and develop our own solution, which combines the power of UIKit and the convenience of SwiftUI. By the way, it turned out better than Apple.
