Vitaly Friedman

Vitaly Friedman loves beautiful content and never give up. Was born in Minsk (Belarus), studied information technology and mathematics in Germany where he took interest in typography, writing texts and design. Having worked as a designer and developer for 6 years, he co-founded Smashing Magazine, one of the largest online magazines about web design and development.

Vitaly is the author, co-author and editor of all Smashing Books. Now he is a creative director of Smashing Magazine in Europe and usually is somewhere around Brussels, New York, Budapest, Düsseldorf and Vilnius.
