The story of one Android app's big move

Right now Timur's team is finishing the tasks of moving Zen, which is separating from Yandex and joining VK. All this is accompanied by a lot of technical difficulties and unique tasks: transferring the application to a new account, changing the application signature, dividing the code base, organizing a new infrastructure for a large team of developers (30 people), etc. There are no ready-made solutions, no similar experience, and it's almost impossible to find answers to the questions that arise. These problems will be discussed in the talk.
