How We Defeated Tech Debt in the Android RuStore Project

The RuStore project was first released in early 2022 and quickly gained a large number of users.

Big technical challenges appeared before the application. Android project RuStore faced significant technical debt during the time it went from a startup to a full-fledged product. This prevented the project from becoming scalable, fast in delivering features and stable in terms of bugs.

To remedy the situation, my team and I used system and technical solutions that allowed us to completely stop the growth of legacy and tech debt in the project.
