Since 2006, I have been in the production development of the enterprise level, have passed all the main roles of the IT team: tester, automator, programmer, analyst, manager, teacher.

When there were no roles left for which I would not work, I founded my own IT company Effective in 2017.

Internally, I focus on team development and engineering management, helping employees unlock potential and grow professionally.

Recently, I have been actively researching AI tools for business transformation, studying how artificial intelligence changes the very nature of programming—from code writing to solution architecture. I combine deep technical expertise with an entrepreneurial approach, creating an environment where technology serves people, and people serve common goals. Over 20 years in the industry, I have accumulated unique experience in all aspects of development—from writing code to managing teams and products.

A loving husband and father of three, I believe in the balance between professional achievements and family values.
