Valentin Telegin

Valentin has been in mobile development for 20 years. He started as a developer and worked his way up to become a technical director. He worked at Yandex for many years and was involved in the development of mobile products. One of the first major projects were mobile Yandex Maps. As a jury member and an expert, he participated in a number of hackathons, including Digital Breakthrough, VirusHack, IoT hackathon GeekBrains.

Now he manages mobile development at Rostelecom IT on the projects like Mobile Personal Account, Smart Home, Key and others. Valentin applies the whole array of technologies in his work, ranging from native development to Flutter and KMM.
