Alexandr Ageychenko

Alexandr was in outsourced and outstaffed development for 6 years. He transitioned from systems engineer to an Android developer. He mainly worked on fintech projects, and tried many different things.

Alexandr wanted to have more influence on the product and the business, rather than remain in the role of a performer. So he joined Tinkoff as leader of the Android Reliability team. After a couple of years in this position, he started to transform into a manager, and began to ask himself more often why they were doing this and to look for an answer to the question of what should be done next. He developed a strategy and vision for the team. Now he develops Reliability on 2 platforms.
