Inspired by SwiftUI create a design system on UIKit

Problem: simplify the creation of UI components in a large-scale project (for example, the Sber Salute app), borrowing the basic concepts of SwiftUI, because the application supports iOS 11+ versions. Also build system design concepts to facilitate migration to SwiftUI over time.
