Kotlin IR: past, present & future

In 1.5 a new JVM backend - JVM_IR - became the default backend. In 1.5.30 a new JS backend - JS_IR - went into beta. Ilmir will tell why the company started to develop new backends, why they decided to rewrite half of the compiler, what problems they encountered and what their future plans are.
