Vladislav Tomilov

A software engineer currently based in Belgrade. I lead mobile and KMP development at IMS, where we work on large-scale projects for major clients under strict NDAs. Recent projects include a secure local-first messenger and an enterprise VPN.

Outside of work, I’m building a roguelite on a shared KMP core, a local-first AI orchestrator, and an architecture of my own.
