Architectural design without an architect

Techtalk about architectural design by the development team. Not every team has a software architect. But as professionals, the MegaFon team is obliged to design the software so that it is easy to maintain, scale, and reuse if necessary. For these purposes, the guys built an architectural design process in the team using the Visual Paradigm tool.
