Evaluation of the mobile project: How not to scare the client and not going down the tube

For more than 7 years Maksim has regularly been involved in the assessment of the complexity of mobile application development projects and has verified colleagues' assessments. During that time there were, of course, both successful cases and failures.

By analyzing both of them Maksim gradually came to understand what factors are most important to consider when making assessments, what mistakes we often make, and how these errors affect the final result.
