Scrolling in Flutter. Changing the Laws of Physics

Scrolling is an integral part of the modern mobile app. We scroll lists, carousels, maps... And everything seems to be simple, familiar, and we don't need to make any effort, especially when it comes to high-level frameworks like Flutter. But suddenly we need to set special characteristics of scrolling, change physics, or finally achieve "like on iOS" state. What to do about it?
